With a vision of creating diverse, sustainable, and green communities where people can both live and work, Don Wiviott began building THE LOFTS ™ on Cerrillos Road in 1996. In 1998 he was joined by his co-partner, Mitch Davenport, who supervises construction of THE LOFTS ™ Communities. In 2000, THE LOFTS at MARQUEZ PLACE was developed; and in 2005 LOFT HOMES at ALDEA began construction. Our exciting ARTYARD LIVE/WORK community had it's first ground-breaking at the new Santa Fe Railyard location in 2008.
