These Santa Fe properties are available as office retail or live/work office spaces to purchase or lease.

Energy Star Standards
THE LOFTS™ are constructed to Energy Star standards with 2x8 framing, non-toxic, cotton blown-in insulation, hand-troweled concrete and bamboo floors and guaranteed 20-year membrane or standing-seam roof systems. Sound-proofing is provided through attenuated pours on concrete floors and Sound Transmission Coefficients as high as 63 (vs. 37 for a normal attached dwelling.)

Non-Toxic Choices
NON-TOXIC CHOICES are made whenever possible. Cotton is used for insulation, vapor barriers are available, Low VOC paint is standard as are concrete or bamboo floors .Organic soil additives prepare for xeriscaping the sites and THE LOFTS™ at Marquez has employed a 30,000 gallon cistern and replaced $240,000 worth of toilets that are saving Santa Fe more than 700,000 gallons of water per month.

Environmental Awareness
ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS is achieved at inception, not as an after thought. While the trials of in-fill development intimidate builders and encourages Urban Sprawl, THE LOFTS™ has been actively engaged and pursuing infill development that allows residents to walk and enjoy their neighborhood instead of driving.
